Nino Crispo is a young pastry chef from the Benevento area. In Airola, where he lives and works, he took his first steps as a pastry chef: at the age of just 14, he decided to follow in his father Francesco's footsteps and passionately devoted himself to the art of pastry making, learning its secrets also through continuous courses and training at the best academies in the sector, such as Cast Alimenti.
Soon, thanks to his innate talent and experience, Nino became the cornerstone of the Princess family pastry shop. His creations are the result of the perfect combination of top quality products and love for his work.
For the past five years he has been using mother yeast with true mastery, with which he creates sweets of extraordinary goodness every day. Nino is active on all fronts: he participates with commitment and enthusiasm in regional and national competitions and events, with the primary aim of promoting the exceptional products of his territory.

Princess panettone cakes are made exclusively with natural mother yeast dough, according to ancient tradition. The mother yeast, with the support of the most modern technologies, is constantly monitored and maintained in its integrity, guaranteeing the control of its lactic and acetic acidity.
Princess keeps the tradition and craftsmanship intact, while at the same time continuously searching for new combinations and unique proposals. Creating a good, quality product takes time, passion and attention. For these reasons we choose not to compromise by avoiding semi-finished products, chemicals and GMOs. The slow manufacturing process, together with the absence of additives or substances that modify the properties of the product and the choice of quality and excellence of raw materials, make Princess panettoni an excellent cake with an unmistakable taste.
