The event organisation agency Dettagli made its debut in Turin in November 2010 with the First Edition of Principi d'Eccellenza "exclusively for men", in the splendid setting of the Hotel Principi di Piemonte, meeting with great success, both in terms of the high level of public participation and the enthusiastic response of the exhibitors involved.
Dettagli's philosophy is to promote excellence in the fields of craftsmanship, business and art, making use of the aesthetic sensitivity of a competent all-female staff. Thanks to the experience gained, style, elegance and attention to detail are the essential ingredients for the success of a unique and evocative event.

With Una Mole di, Laura Severi and Matilde Sclopis di Salerano, founders of Dettagli, wanted to go even further. They have brought together sourdough professionals from all over Italy, opening an extraordinary showcase dedicated to the world of great leavened products, above all: panettone and colomba.
Launched in 2012 as a physical event, and for years now a fixture on Turin's food and wine calendar, Una Mole di will hit the web in 2020 with the aim of bringing together around a hundred Italian producers, selected for the excellence of their products.
