A family story that began in autumn 2010.

Our brand encapsulates all our identity, our way of working, our dream.

Ours is a commitment to quality: selected raw materials, imagination and dedication are the ingredients of our craft.

 

We are convinced that the flavours and fragrances that nature offers us, if skilfully processed, and without the addition of chemical additives, express their goodness at their best.

Naturally leavened panettone and colomba cakes, Christmas cakes and many other delights for all occasions.  Plus bread, breadsticks, tarallini, bruschetta and caponate.
