Who we are

From a strong friendship between a bar manager Biagio and a young pastry chef Ennio, MilleVoglie Pastry Shop was born in 2015.

 

Together they challenge the traditional Dauno territory, with small masterpieces of creative and genuine style, ready to intrigue and satisfy all palates, even those of the most classic customers.

 

Pasticceria MilleVoglie has always been identified with products of excellence derived from years of experience in the search for the best ingredients and from the determination and passion that characterise Ennio.

 

The high quality products meticulously researched by this young Pastry Chef, give life to a modern pastry, delicate but without forgetting tradition, so much so that in 2018 he won third place in the national competition "Best Illy coffee panettone".

 

Ennio leaves nothing to chance and is ready, every time, to maintain thanks to the naturalness of the chosen ingredients, a high quality of flavours, pampering his customers and giving them pleasant emotions.
