Who we are

The RIZZO bakery and pastry shop was founded in 1992 by Alessandro and his wife Catia, then in 2009 it also became a café.

 

Now, in fact, in addition to bread, pastries mignon, cakes and leavened products, we also offer a wide range of brioches and breakfast pastries, obviously accompanied by a hot coffee. All these products are strictly mono- and diglyceride-free and are made with mother yeast and raw materials of the highest quality. For our panettone cakes in particular, we pay the utmost attention to the choice of ingredients, starting with the flour, butter, candied fruit and sultanas and ending with the eggs. The refinement of these ingredients, combined with the passion and skill of the head pastry chef Alessandro, give our leavened products the softness that characterizes them.

 

For the creative panettone cakes, we choose original combinations, to offer customers the chance to try a traditional but fun and different cake.
