Farmacia Del Cambio occupies the premises of the "Bestente" pharmacy, a historic apothecary's shop founded in 1833, whose original wood panelling now dialogues with materials such as steel, marble and bronze. The Farmacia Del Cambio is in fact a boutique/laboratory of taste where it is possible to taste and buy delicate pastries and Del Cambio products revisited by Matteo Baronetto. High quality ingredients, strictly seasonal products and express preparations for a quick and practical experience that is at the same time tasty, balanced and never predictable.  

Chef Pâtissier Maicol Vitellozzi and his team produce baked goods and delicious haute patisserie creations every day in the Piazza Carignano laboratories, the result of a careful selection of excellent seasonal ingredients, a refined balance of flavours, fragrances and textures and innovative and appealing aesthetic research.
