The food we eat can influence our mood. Some foods have this power more than others, thanks to their nutrients, sensory mechanisms, eating habits and the composition of meals and foods.

This is the basis for Rosso, the happiness food for a daily recharge of happiness, to devote yourself to #goodvibes alone or with loved ones, for a festive occasion. It is dedicated to lovers of 'Nduja, chocolate, addicts of leavened products, explorers of refined and authentic food, and consumers who are attentive to good, artisanal food.

Rosso is the food revolution, the innovation of taste stimuli, created by Antico Nero d'Aspromonte.

 

Rosso is the leavened product with sourdough, artisanal, Italian. It is sweet-salted and spicy. It is topped with a cream of Antica 'Nduja di Antico Nero d'Aspromonte from the local wild black pig and drops of fine dark chocolate.

An intense perfume rises from Rosso. The burnished dome hides the red, buttery, soft dough.

When cut, the knife sinks into the soft, compact, delicious structure, characterized by homogeneous alveolation.

When the slice reaches the palate, Rosso envelops you with its elegant bouquet of soft and persuasive flavours, in which sweet and savoury flavours chase each other, embracing the harmonious note of dark chocolate, until it dives into the final spicy underpinning.

Rosso is recommended to be tasted alone, as an aperitif, appetizer, dessert or pre-dessert, accompanied by white and red wines, sparkling wines, raisin wines, spirits, bitters and liqueurs.

 

Antico Nero d'Aspromonte is the brand of emotional hams and salamis made from authentic wild black pigs from Aspromonte. It was born a few years ago, from an intuition of the owners: to propose to connoisseurs of gastronomy and food, hams and cold cuts that give positive emotions linked to taste and absolute quality.
